TRUEscript Green One-Step qRT-PCR Kit combines the first strand cDNA synthesis and qPCR in the same tube to simplify reaction setup and reduces the possibility of contamination. Only gene specific primers can be used for this kit. TRUEscript Green One-Step qRT-PCR Mix contains all the necessary reagents for cDNA synthesis and qPCR except total RNA/mRNA template and gene specific primers.
• High efficiency cDNA synthesis with TRUEscript OneStep Enzyme Mix and 2 XqRT-PCR Mix (Contains Sybr Green I), followed by PCR amplification with resulting cDNA. Simple procedure helps to minimize contamination.
• cDNA synthesis and qPCR are performed in a single tube using gene specific primers with total RNA or mRNA as templates. .
